Thom Kiddle is a founding director and Treasurer of AQUEDUTO, as well as a member of the Inspections Moderation Panel. He has been involved in online teacher education since 2006 and in his day job is Director of Norwich Institute for Language Education (NILE) in the UK. His role in AQUEDUTO is management of finances and funded projects, and his current professional interests are in trainer identity in online language teacher education and hybrid and blended learning.
