AQUEDUTO’s Beccy Wigglesworth (Head of Inspections) and Thom Kiddle (Treasurer and Founding Director) were invited to contribute to a newly-published volume on English Language Program Administration.
The resulting chapter The Promoter of Quality draws on Beccy and Thom’s experience of quality systems and the student journey in language education organisations, with a particular focus on quality assurance frameworks and accreditation bodies. Fundamental to their knowledge and experience, and to this chapter, was their work on the AQUEDUTO Quality Assurance Framework. We are delighted to see this come to publication this autumn, and how significantly AQUEDUTO figures in the chapter and the authors’ recommendations.
